Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms govern your use of Bulin 47 AI at getbulin47ai.com (the "Service"). By creating an account, buying credits or generating a video, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What the Service does

The Service takes one photo you provide and uses AI video models to generate a short vertical video in which the person in your photo appears in a reference scene based on the viral Bulin 47 street freestyle. Results are produced by AI and can vary; likeness, lip sync and motion are not guaranteed to be perfect.

Bulin 47 AI is an independent fan tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Bulin 47, Kevin Wai or their teams.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for your account and for everything done with it, so keep your login details safe.

Photos you upload

You may upload a photo only if:

• it shows you, or a person who has given you permission to use their photo for this purpose;
• everyone in it is 18 or older;
• it does not show a celebrity, politician or other public figure;
• you have the right to use it.

By uploading, you confirm these conditions and give us permission to process the photo only to generate your video.

What you may not do

Do not use the Service to:

• make videos of anyone without their consent, or impersonate anyone;
• create content meant to deceive, defame, harass, bully or intimidate;
• create sexual, violent or hateful content, or any content involving minors;
• present a generated video as real footage, or pass it off as an official release by Bulin 47 or Kevin Wai;
• break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
• overload, scrape, reverse-engineer or work around the limits and safety filters of the Service.

When you post a video, label it as AI-generated where the platform asks you to. We may refuse, remove or block content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Credits and payments

• Videos are paid for with credits. The credits each video uses depend on the model and resolution you choose and are shown on the button before you generate.
• Credits are sold in one-time packs through Stripe. Nothing renews automatically. Prices are shown in US dollars and may include applicable taxes.
• Pack credits do not expire. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• If a render fails, times out or is blocked by a safety filter, the credits for that render are returned to your balance automatically.
• Unused packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase; email support@getbulin47ai.com. Packs that have been partly used are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.

Your videos

Subject to these terms and to the rights of others, you may download and share the videos you generate for personal, non-commercial use. The reference scene, music and the people who appear in it belong to their respective owners, and we give you no rights in them. Do not use generated videos in advertising or sell them.

Copyright complaints

If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, email support@getbulin47ai.com with the content in question, your contact details and a description of the rights involved. We will review the request promptly and remove material where appropriate.

Availability and changes

We may change, pause or discontinue the Service or individual models at any time. We will try to give notice of significant changes. If we discontinue the Service, we will refund unused credits.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about the Service or its results, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that a video will look exactly as you expect.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your use

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. If you keep using the Service after a change, the new terms apply.
