Failed renders cost nothing
If a video fails, times out or is blocked by a safety filter, the credits for that render go straight back to your balance. You don't need to ask. You only pay for videos that finish.
One-time payments, nothing renews
Credits are sold in one-time packs through Stripe. There is no subscription and nothing is charged again later. Pack credits never expire.
Refunds for unused packs
You can ask for a refund of a pack you haven't used within 7 days of buying it. Email support@getbulin47ai.com from the address on your account and tell us which purchase it is. Packs that have been partly used are not refundable, except where the law requires otherwise.
Payment problems
If you were charged but didn't receive your credits, or were charged twice, email support@getbulin47ai.com and we will sort it out.
